Where we ship

We ship to 41 states in the continental United States.

Turns out we're not the only ones passionate about wood. Regulators have feelings too, and they have paperwork to prove it. We're working through the compliance process for a handful of states before we can ship there.

We currently do not ship to the following states:

Alaska, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Maine, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania

We'll expand our coverage as we work through it. If your state is on the list, check back.

Processing time

We aim to ship within 1-2 business days. After that, your package enters the carrier's cinematic universe - plot twists may occur. If anything goes off-script, reach out and we'll work with you to make it right.

Carriers and delivery

Orders ship ground via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We don’t currently offer expedited shipping. Turns out wood is heavy and heavy + hurry = expensive for everyone. Delivery times vary, but your tracking info will spill the details once it’s on the move.
